Questions
Newsletter FAQ
How do I get the €10 welcome code?
Subscribe with your email and confirm it — the code lands in your inbox within a few minutes. It applies to any order of €100 or more; enter it at checkout.
How often do you send emails?
Once every two weeks. Occasionally one extra when something genuinely time-sensitive lands — a restock, or a short B-Stock run.
Does the code combine with sale prices?
Yes — it applies to your cart total as long as it reaches €100, sale items included. It can't be stacked with a second discount code in the same order.
I subscribed but no code arrived — what now?
Check your spam and promotions folders first, and make sure you clicked the confirmation link. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll send it manually.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom — one click, no questions asked. Your account and order history stay untouched.
