Conceived as a “dance album” in spirit rather than genre, it blends spiritual jazz, funk, soul and hip-hop influences while exploring themes of fatherhood, community and creative renewal. Featuring appearances from André 3000, George Clinton, Thundercat, Terrace Martin and BJ the Chicago Kid, the album stands as one of Washington’s most collaborative and rhythm-forward works.
