Washed Out – Notes From A Quiet Life (Yellowy Green) Vinyl LP

Notes From A Quiet Life marks a reflective turning point for Washed Out (Ernest Greene), who retreats from the blur of touring into the stillness of his rural Georgia farm to craft his fifth studio album. Self-produced and released on June 28, 2024 via Sub Pop, the record drifts through vivid synth-pop, chillwave textures and elements of folk contemplation. The limited yellow-green vinyl pressing mirrors the album’s sun-washed affect and organic retreat into quiet space.
