Zoom's H2n handheld recorder is a pocket-sized recording studio. Thanks to its 5 integrated microphones onboard, you can record using the conventional XY stereo mode, 360-degree surround (employing all the integrated mics), or even Mid-Side stereo (the spread of which you can adjust even after recording).

This makes capturing live music really easy, and you will surely love the level of detail and crispness, since all your recordings can be made in the crystal clear 16-bit/44.1kHz audio resolution. Additionally, to get the most out of your recordings, the H2n comes with integrated compressor/limiter, and an analog gain circuit, which protects your recordings from digital clipping. To top it all off, the recorder, even with all these fancy functions, is extremely easy to use: you can access it all via the front panel, which makes it an indispensable tool if you like to capture the sonar environments you put yourself in.
